Exchange Policy

We sincerely hope you are happy with your RICH purchase. If you wish to exchange for a different size, you may request an exchange within 7 days from the delivery date.

We do not accept any return or refund requests after purchase.

Conditions for Exchange:

*The item must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, and with all original tags attached.

*Sale items are not eligible for exchange.

Return & Exchange Shipping Costs:

Returns and exchanges are not free of charge. Customers are fully responsible for all shipping costs related to returning and exchanging items (including return shipping and reshipment fees).

We are not responsible for any items lost during transit. We strongly recommend using a recorded delivery service with tracking.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
